Senior Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive is involved in all aspects of marketing and is responsible for the management of the marketing strategies. This is a key relationship building role and involves regular planning meetings with the product manager and the top management.


The senior marketing executive is responsible for creating, developing and implementing marketing plans in accordance with the management. Marketing budget management and evaluation of ROI are essential aspects of this role. The senior marketing executive also works closely with the product manager to ensure promotion of product is fully utilised and communicated to the sales team and the management.

  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns/strategies
  • Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
  • Planning and managing company events.
  • Managing annual budget.
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures, posters and flyers – this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
  • Ensure efficient communication of marketing activities to sales team.
  • Maximize company product offerings on all opportunities including websites and direct marketing activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining brand standards on websites and all other communications
  • Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
  • Promotional activities
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
  • Writing and proofreading creative copy
  • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
  • Organizing events and product exhibitions
  • Updating databases and using customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
  • Monitoring performance
  • Managing campaigns on social media

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • 2 + years of previous experience in Marketing strategies and strong knowledge of the forex industry is essential.
  • Past working experience in relevant role
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
  • Experience of making prompt and practical business decision, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes.
  • A comprehensive understanding of Fin – Tech and technology in general.
  • Solid experience in creative projects
  • Existing network/knowledge in the Forex Industry is a plus.
  • Past working experience in relevant role
  • Additional languages are a big plus.
